Prompts for Assistants with Knowledge

This is a prompt template specifically for assistants that work with Knowledge and with files uploaded in the chat.

Knowledge serves as stored background information, such as a policy or product description. In the chat, you can then upload current files for each conversation, which the assistant should evaluate in combination with this background knowledge.

If something in the file contradicts the Knowledge, explain the difference and, if appropriate, suggest a solution.
